the owner chris is was extremely rude to my husband and dishonest. they aren’t conducting good business here and you’d do yourself a disservice bringing your vehicle here. my husband came in originally for an estimate there is no insurance involved he rents his vehicle through turo and turo pays for everything. i’ve seen him deal with guest damaging his car plenty of times and the process is so simple. the owner however tried to trap him into work claiming insurance work and when my husband called turo they said first that the shop never submitted anything which all they had to do was a snapsheet take photos of damage out their company information and thats it somehow the owner gave my husband a $3000 estimate because my husband no longer wanted to do business with him after he called my husband yelling and being rude. he initially went there telling the man all he need is an estimate fast forward months later from Dec 2025 - may 2026 the owner is holding his car still and legal issues are coming for lost of compensation as well. also he sent my husband a falsified estimate and then later taking it down to 1800 doing anything he can to collect money from my husband because my husb

BNC Auto Body, in my opinion is one of the best auto body shops in Schaumburg. Their Customer Service is second to none and they definitely know how to deal with insurance companies! They also have great restoration and paint experience.

I recently had some paint and body work on my car by BNC and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. Chris and his team made my car look new again. The craftsmanship and attention to detail they put into the repairs were truly outstanding. They genuinely care about the quality of their work. A special shout-out also goes to Jennifer. Her thoughtfulness and clear, open communication really set the tone for a positive experience. I’m incredibly grateful for the care they showed in both their work and customer service and highly recommend BNC to anyone needing any paint or body work on their car.

I can’t say enough good things about BNC Quality Auto Body! Cris (the owner) and Jennifer (customer service) were absolutely outstanding to work with. Both went above and beyond to help me with my car and coordinate everything with my insurance company. We hit a few hiccups with the insurance regarding parts, but Cris stood firm and made sure only the correct OEM parts were used on my car. That level of care and commitment really stood out. Jennifer kept me updated and made the process smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend BNC Quality Auto Body if you want top-quality work and a team that truly has your back.
